A month ago we had an issue with our heat. It wasn’t working and dropped to 64 degrees. Having 2 young children, time was of the essence. We needed a fix and needed one quick. We contacted 6 different hvac companies. During the process, Ernie was out contact with Prime Comfort. Ernie walked through our system. He explained what was going on and presented us with multiple options. Ernie also spoke about recommendations he thought would improve the air flow. Why were those recommendations important? Way to go again! I called on the weekend because my AC unit had turned off--it was a clog in the drain system. Billy came on Saturday evening and took care of the whole issue! He was very professional and did an amazing job to get us cooled off for the night with out of town guests at my home! Thank you, Billy Cole.
I've been so pleased with Prime Comfort HVAC for years! The technician, Michael, came to my house this time and did such a thorough job! He checked everything with my furnace including the gas pressure, checked for leaks--just everything. Billy Cole spent extra time with us to make sure we had everything we needed taken care of and even answered questions I had via text unrelated to what we had paid him to do. Highly recommend!!
