NO! Primal never called me - 2.5 months of waiting, calling multiple times, ghosted repeatedly. I canceled my install and they charged me almost $600 in restocking fees for parts I never got. Their claim is they have the parts and only when I asked for a refund did they say they can slot me in for install. I asked for a refund as I waited far too long, and I told them I wouldn’t pay a restock fee, and without responding to that via email saying they don’t care and will still charge a restocking fee they sent back all but 20% of what I paid over two months ago. They are fighting me that they made an attempt to get me the parts which is untrue, and they decided to refund and charge a restock when there was clearly an open remark about the fee. I have all of this in emails. I thought a local shop would not prey on local people for a mistake they made.

Excellent experience, did great work. They had my truck done in a very timely manner and were fully transparent with pricing from the start. I do a lot of work on my truck myself, but for anything I can’t or don’t want to deal with these are my guys. 100 percent will be back, god and congress willing. They also do tires which is nice not just lifts.
I went in with two new upper control arms thinking it would be a simple remove and replace type install. Instead they had to put together the heim joints and additional fabrication. They let me know right away and it was taken care of. The customer service is top notch! They are very helpful and informative and very nice.
