NO! Primal never called me - 2.5 months of waiting, calling multiple times, ghosted repeatedly. I canceled my install and they charged me almost $600 in restocking fees for parts I never got. Their claim is they have the parts and only when I asked for a refund did they say they can slot me in for install. I asked for a refund as I waited far too long, and I told them I wouldn’t pay a restock fee, and without responding to that via email saying they don’t care and will still charge a restocking fee they sent back all but 20% of what I paid over two months ago. They are fighting me that they made an attempt to get me the parts which is untrue, and they decided to refund and charge a restock when there was clearly an open remark about the fee. I have all of this in emails. I thought a local shop would not prey on local people for a mistake they made.
