Great place to train with top notch staff. Paul and sandy are amazing!!
Great personal Trainers - it is nice to be able to workout properly and not injure myself. Joe has done a great job - easy to follow instructions and keeps the workout going at a good pace. Clean facility - with all of the latest equipment and they are all dependable - always on time never late or rescheduling workouts. They even created a workout class for my family when they were in town - we had a great workout / without any injuries!
