10/10 recommend! My mom and I stayed at the Grand Bohemian while apartment hunting since I’m moving there in a couple of months. Knowing how stressful that can be, she suggested we book a spa visit—and boy, was she right. This ended up being one of the best facials I’ve had in a long time! We both had the 50-minute signature facial with Deandra, and she was absolutely amazing. Our skin felt so hydrated and refreshed afterward. All of the staff we interacted with were so warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We’re also big fans of the skincare products they carry!

From the moment I stepped into Poseidon Spa at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Charlotte this morning, I knew I was in for a special experience. The atmosphere was calming and beautifully designed, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. My massage therapist, Precious, truly exceeded my expectations. She took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and addressed each one with remarkable precision and care. Her technique was both soothing and therapeutic, leaving me feeling completely renewed. Precious’s professionalism and genuine attentiveness made this one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had.

Karen and Delisa did an outstanding job. We had the Luxury face mask, hand hydration, foot exfoliation and hot stones add on. I would recommend checking this spot out!
