With over 1100 pools and spas installed, they are known for their attention to detail and exceptional customer service. The company has received high ratings and positive reviews on various platforms such as Angie's List, Houzz, Google, and Facebook. They are praised for their friendly and knowledgeable team, quick response to concerns or questions, and excellent communication throughout the process. One customer shared their experience of requesting service for their pool installed in 2022, and they received a response from Kathy within a few hours. A team member was sent out the next day to address the issue. The customer mentioned doing extensive research on pool products, companies, and installers before choosing Poolscapes of Charlotte. They were impressed with the smooth pool delivery and installation process, with no surprise charges. The installation crew, led by Justin, was professional and displayed excellent teamwork, double-checking each other's measurements and verifying details before taking action. Thalia and Bob provided great suggestions without overselling the customer on extra options that didn't fit their budget. They helped prioritize options that made sense for the customer, and Bob provided tremendous support with information even when the customer had to go to a variance board for additional space. Angela created a beautiful design of the pool in the customer's yard, and Kathy kept them on budget and on track as they added a few extras and made minor changes. Poolscapes of Charlotte's excavation, installation, and concrete teams were described as expert and professional, keeping the customer informed in a timely manner. Their services resulted in a fiberglass swimming pool construction project that exceeded the customer's expectations.
We had our pool installed, almost 3 years now. We love the pool, and everyone that was involved in getting it completed was a pleasure to work with. However, we've had a problem with the ladder going into the pool rust once before, which they replaced, but it's happened again and I do not feel good about it. We were told the ladder would be rust free and that's what we expected. The first time, we thought maybe it was a defect. But for it to happen again, I now believe that the ladder is not meant for salt water pools and will continue to rust. We had to pull it out because the rust is so bad. It can't be good to go swimming in it. So now, we have 2 holes in our travertine and I can't get in touch with anyone from Poolscapes of Charlotte. For the amount of years you've been in business, I can't be the first one that have had a ladder installed and reported it rusting. If you know that the ladder is not meant for the salt water pools, you should make that clear so we don't install the ladder. I have been recommending your company for anyone that is looking into getting a pool and I believe a few have already used your company. And I will continue to recommend your company. However, I would like to see what you will do to remediate this situation. I hope to hear back from someone, to address this issue and get it resolved one final time.
We waited for Poolscapes for several months because of all the great things we have heard. The wait was surly well worth it. I have built homes for many of my years, and I have never had such professionalism in all of those years. They showed up when they said they would, and if they were running an hour late they would call to let us know. The guys cleaned up every single night, and every single person on the job could not have been more respectful and polite, and their foreman kept us informed daily of each upcoming step. I am extremely OCD when it come to quality, and Poolscapes was all that We could have asked for!! They finished exactly when they said they would. Actually a few days shy of the time they told us. My wife & I could not be more pleased with our new pool. We are thrilled that we waited!!
