This nail bar has soo much potential! Located in a prime location with no foot traffic. (Stonecrest shopping center - directly beside Target). The ratings on Google & Yelp were very surprising; persistent 1-star reviews. I almost passed on this location but decided to give it a try anyways. I walked in (Monday at 1:45pm) and there were two people inside receiving service. Employee asked if I wanted the $35 pedicure or $45 pedicure. No service brochure provided. How are your clients to know what's included with the different pedicure options? Employee stated callus removal is included with $45 pedicure - so, I went with that one. Not including callus removal with a basic pedicure is WILD to me. With the $45 pedicure, two hot towels and paraffin treatment were included (had no idea). I noticed they do not place plastic liners inside the bowls. This had me concerned about sanitation. Also, the chairs are due for a cleaning/upgrade. Service went well, wasn't rushed. Other reviews complained about speedy service - didn't experience that. Employee was very generous with the exfoliating scrub! I asked if they had a drying station for toes (as I wanted to walk around Target afterwards) was told no. They have over 20 pedicure chairs but no location for clients to dry their toes ... how Sway. Inside the nail bar looks nice, however, just some minor adjustments would really take this place up a notch. I honestly would come back again.
My mom and I came her spontaneously for pedicures after a target run. Both of our nail techs were attentive and skilled. Overall we really enjoyed our experience and would come back.Yes, the chairs a little bit older, but they function just fine and are comfortable.
Came in when visiting from out of town and needed a Pedicure. It wasn't that busy at all and got taken care of quickly. Everything was clean including the restrooms . I wanna say the gentleman who took care of me name was Pena (I'm so sorry if I got his name wrong). Very friendly and was nice to talk to. Kept my wine at a good level. He did a very good job with my pedicure. I would come back again if I was in the area.
