Overall good gym, staff is friendly, facility is pretty clean. Wish it was 24/7 but it's close to my house and my work pays for my membership so it's all good. Only downside of PF is the dumbbells only go up to 75lbs, and there's no bench press or squat racks so you have to use the smith machine which blows. It's awkward and just not the same.
The staff is friendly and always greets me with a smile in the morning. They are also very knowledgeable about the Black Card perks and equipment. The gym is clean and the equipment is maintained.
The process to get signed up was quick informative and fast. I was able to sign up then hit the gym in that order. The gym is never too full and the community there is there is all business. I asked tons of questions when I got to the gym and customer service was friendly and gave the impression there were no dumb questions now I knew I had asked a couple BUT they didn’t show it!
