LeQyan came to our home first to asses the job and give us an estimate to clean our hardwood floors and remove some imbedded pets stains. He advised us upfront the stains may not come out. He pre-treated the stains and gave us instructions on how the mitigate the stains. We made an appoint and he came back to do half the house and another to finish. This was very convenient for us. LeQyan is a skilled professional, very personable, and informative. HIs fee for doing the jobs was fair and reasonable. We HIGHLY recommend LeQyan and Pioneer
