Ive brought my puppy here several times to be groomed. However I took her 2 days ago my puppy went from looking like a poodle to a hairless cat! She's completely unrecognizable. I asked Tori to leave fur on top so I could put her bows in she attempted to convince me she did but its so short nothing can be attached. I told her she was afraid of the dryer they usually air dry her. She put her in the dryer anyway. And they failed to notify me 45 minutes after she was done.

The place was very clean, calm, and inviting. The Holiday Decor was lovely. I highly recommend Jessica and her team to handle all your fur baby hoteling needs. You won't' be disappointed!

Just wanted to give a big shout out to thre team at the PetSmart Hotel in Costwold...They took care of my furbaby...There pleasantries. professionalism. caring and customer service is on point.
