Thank you Patterson for getting our heat back on in our warehouse. Andrew came out and inspected our unit and in a matter of minutes knew what the heater needed ordered the part and came back as soon as he got it and in a matter of minutes he had us heat in our warehouse.
Though I had some difficulties with Pattersons re: my installation, maintenance, and my systems capacity issues, Michael and Brian intervened to get my HVAC back to a level that meets my expectations. It took a year and a half, but their persistence has made my family happy campers again!
