I moved to Charlotte in March so starting over with providers is stressful. I randomly picked Park Cedar Dentistry from reviews of nearby dentists and have looked no further. The staff is phenomenal-Erica is my hygeniest and I see Dr Snapps. She is awesome-takes her time, explains everything and is very attentive. I’ve gotten 2 crowns recently and they work with my insurance. I’m also getting a night guard-no gooey impressions and have had multiple cleanings. Definitely recommend this practice. 😁
If I had to describe Park Cedar Dentistry in one word, it'd be phenomenal. Of the many dental offices I've been to in the past decade or so, no office can beat Park Cedar. The staff are very professional, light-hearted when needed, patient and overall kind. Autumn and Sahara put my mind at ease when I walk in. Dana is one of the best (and fun) assistants I've had the pleasure of interacting with. Erica (by far) is the best hygienist that I've worked with in my adult life. Drs. Snapp and Suttles are two of the best dentists out there. Both are very knowledgeable, will make sure that you're comfortable and take excellent care of their patients. They make sure that you understand what they're talking about as far as treatment goes and when it comes to their interactions with their supporting staff, you can tell that they genuinely enjoy working together. Park Cedar Dentistry is well worth the drive for me, especially because I've had many bad experiences in the past. The office doesn't make you jump head first into any treatment and are beyond wonderful when it comes to easing nerves. I HIGHLY recommend Park Cedar Dentistry.
