My chiropractor recommended booking Beth to get some work done, so I booked a 120 min Stretch and Deep Tissue Massage. All of it was outstanding. I felt great during my massage and after I left. I'm a larger guy, but Beth is extremely strong. She was able to maneuver me with ease and do stretches I've never done in my life before. All of them helped relieve extreme upper back/legs/arms/feet tension I always have. I 10 out of 10 recommend. I will be back in the future to get more work done.
