Bradley was outstanding. He performed a complete and exhaustive examination of our two HVAC Heating systems. Took photos of each procedure and test. Bradley took the time to explain each feature and function that he tested. Advised it was time to replace UVc lamps and input the data to schedule replacement at a later date. Exemplary young Technician.
The technicians were very good. However, the system I received “Goodman” had way too many problems. Several days after installation the outside unit had a major problem and required a part shipped from the factory. Later the air handler had an electrical problem. Then the air handler needed a new contact relay. I received good service but it seems like Goodman units aren’t all that good lately. I had a Goodman unit installed in my home in Virginia and it worked fine. I’m very concerned about this system after the warranty lapses. I wish I had bought a different system.
