To be frank, I was totally disappointed with Olly Olly at the beginning. I signed up, I was promised a web site better than the one we managed ourselves but they didn’t deliver. At least not until Mark took over my account and although we’re not quite there yet, it’s getting better all the time as he untangles the mess he inherited. Mark calls me, we talk, he takes notes, repeats them to me and he delivers. He then follows up to see how I like the changes and to ask what else we can do to make it better. It’s a whole new experience.

This is for Mark Laus. Mark has been very helpful and has shown a lot of concern and assistance in the short time he has worked with me. I might have had a significant influx of clients if he had been my account manager early on. He is very knowledgeable and willing to take his time as he worked with me. I have used a lot of different website builders but this one is the best. The customer service is next to none. I’ve had a lot of issues with other companies but my man Mark Laus killed it as soon as he got on my account. He pays attention to detail and actually does what he said he was going to do. 100% shout out to Mark and thanks again.
