While the experience was nice, the result was not. I didn’t see that my eyebrows are uneven until I got home. Literally one is shorter than the other. It’s freaking me out. Also, there wasn’t much of shaping (other than the waxed off part that made one shorter). I also had stubble on one side that was clearly visible. Not sure if it’s routine to pluck the strays, but it sure didn’t happen this time. Also, the middle area between brows wasn’t waxed at all. Overall disappointing and kind of making me feel self conscious and not beautiful. Also their website isn’t working at all.

I decided to visit this spot after a friend recommended it. They have several recommendations, I scheduled an appointment with this location. I went for a Brazilian and was pleasant surprised Appointment: I filled out the request online for an appointment which allows you to select dates and times you are available. They emailed my appointment confirmation the next day. Parking: Plenty of parking is available in the shopping center. I managed to sang a spot in front of the building. Service: The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable about the different services offered.

I was very excited to try this business after a great email correspondence I had with what I can only imagine was one of the owners. I was going to go to the Huntersville location, which two days before my appointment found out was closed when I had to call another location to find out what was going on. I then had to hurry and pick a different location an hour away based on who could fit me in. I was still positive at this point since I was able to get an appointment same day, but my visit is where it goes downhill. I was greeted and checked in, which was good and I sat and waited for my appointment. When my turn came the esthetician introduced herself and she took me in back. The process seemed to be going well and thorough, but she almost burned me a few times. Once she was complete, I sat up to still be covered in wax and big patches missed. I can understand a few broken short hairs here and there, but these were very obvious, untouched, patches. She didn't offer any clean up or showed any attention to detail once finished. There was also no talk of after care, products or anything. I expected much more from a chain like this.
