My unit, although their new installation has sure had more than normal cooling issues, every time I called for repairs I received a call back quickly, and service made that day. The issues were manufacture related attic coil failure, uncommon for Trane, yet I again had the same failure on the newly replaced unit one year after. This part is not a common stock item and they found the part that day from another Trane service group for ASAP service. Polite, respectful, making every effort to restore service same day. We have been customers of Nick and Co. for over 20 years. Nick's company always provides great service, has knowledgeable service representatives, and is responsive to service needs and any questions. On a recent trip for maintenance, Johnny called before arriving, was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
