My computer decided not to cooperate last week, you want me to print something.... How about I just shut down....... I lost track of its disobedience and didn't get the issue resolved. I went to print something today and guess what it didn't work. I called Lillie and she had me squared away in 5 min. We will be all using her going forward here. Thomas.

When we needed to change the cloud service our company uses, of course I called Lilly, our go-to IT specialist. I know next to nothing about computers and this was very stressful, as all of us use this platform daily and the downtime would cause a disruption in our business. Lilly was able to get started on our project immediately and had it done in no time, working around our schedules. Not only does she know what she is doing, she has a very calming way about her that alleviated my stress. We are so lucky to have Lilly taking care of technology so we can take care of business!
