I wasn't sure about cremation when my loved one told me he chose this option for his passing. But the experience with Neptune Society Charlotte, has me reconsidering. The were kind, accomodating and thought of so much at a time when I couldn't.
These people, everyone, were the most percice and professional, they went over and above what was expected. I want to thank them all for allowing me to entrust them with my loved one. If I had to do it again it would be them I went to. Hope if you have a same situation you use them.
My family and i were very thankful for Elijah and the staff . They made a very difficult time and transition Peaceful and they were so helpful in making sure we were aware of the process . My sister's ashes were transported back to her home in California and I know she was taken care of and handled with care and respect. That was the most important thing to our family.
