If i could give them half a star or zero star I would. please don't waste your time going there, there's only one lady working there, while I know that can be exhausting but she's unapologetically rude. She does not honor appointments, never answers the phone and hisses at you when she speaks. I tried to make an appointment and when I asked what time I should show up for the appointment the next day she was just there sitting and hissing, so I left and decide to call the number during opening hours because when Uw as leaving out she casually said I should come back tomorrow. There is a race problem here. I am not the kind of person that leaves reviews and I certainly do not play the race card but this needed to be said.Anyhow, this is the second time I walked into this establishment and they told me “we can’t help you”. First time, I thought they may be closing soon, even though it was 4pm on a Friday. Because when I walked out, she locked the door behind me. But then, today, there were two other people waiting to be served and again, after she said that, she locks the door behind me. I am African American. I think that was the issue. Worst customer service ever! For starters, I didn't even get greeted when I first got to the place. Secondly, I had to wait for over an hour for service. Once I got in the chair, she was incredibly rude so I definitely won't be coming back here!
