Nails First offers good customer service and a nice atmosphere that is not too busy and very quiet. Customers enjoy the massage chairs for relaxation and praise the fantastic service. The nail technicians do a fantastic job, with one reviewer particularly happy with the shaping of short nails and SNS application. This spot is a vibe, and customers will be returning.

Ladies there are sweet good customer service love the atmosphere not too busy very quiet nice massage chairs if you want to relax this spot will be your vibe I enjoyed my pedicure I will be returning. ☺️🙏🏽

This was my first time here. I keep a busy schedule at work and just moved to Charlotte. They took me as a walk in and did a fantastic job taking off my acrylic, then doing SNS. The shaping of my nails is on point. I keep mine short, so it's hard to find a good nail tech that can do this. The service was fantastic and they were very friendly. I am definitely going back.

It's a small nail shop with very little staff, but the Owners were very attentive, efficient, and talked to you like they cared. I felt welcomed and enjoyed my nails and pedicure experience. They have a new customer. As a bonus, the prices are lovely.
