Horrible customer service! Not friendly at all… wish I had looked them up before I went but was passing by and just stopped. Never again… never! I see why it was completely empty with no customers

Depending on how Kim is feeling depends on your service! Only been 3 times and she did wonderful AT FIRST but this last time my nails didn't last 2 weeks max!! 3 broken nails, 2 more pealing up and chipped after 1 day. Not quite sure why they don't give the best service to EACH AND EVERY GUEST EACH VISIT!!

To have them done Oct 27th and today is Nov 10th and my nails look a month old due to poor work!! Sad, guess I'll keep trying until I find a service provider who ACTUALLY PROVIDES GREAT SERVICE EVERY TIME!!

I used to drive across town to get my feet and eyebrows done here.. I live right down the street now but I think this was my last visit. I understand the need to increase prices dye to the virus but at least maintain the quality you had before.
They have really nice massage chairs. The pedicure was subpar to say the least. Besides for the cheese grater, the lady didn't scrub my feet (they used to use an exfoliating scrub on feet and legs). The lady didn't rub/scrub my legs or lotion my feet when done.
The eyebrow job was decent but I just feel like for $10 I could've received more effort and shaping.
