Roto-Rooter of Charlotte was fantastic! They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and solved my slow drain issue, and were both respectful and efficient throughout the process. I appreciated that I was able to use a coupon I had printed in advance — and the final bill was exactly as expected. No hidden fees, no stress — just straightforward, good service. I will definitely call them again in the future!

I can’t recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing enough. The Technician Mr Matthew and his assistant did an outstanding job. I had a water leak under my driveway, and they handled it with professionalism and expertise. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and everything was explained to me thoroughly so I understood the process. Their pricing was very fair for the quality of work done.
