We were setting up outside for a gathering and noticed the GFCI outlet was showing red. A reset didn’t work. We called a few companies early the next morning for an appointment but Mr. Electric of Charlotte came to the rescue. The appointment time was between 2pm-5pm just before our event start time of 6:30pm. The email communications and texts confirming the appointment time and also sending a photo of our technician were much appreciated. Brian, our technician, was punctual and professional. In addition, Brian also took the time to look at our home’s circuit board to see if there were any other issues. No other issues were found. The outside GFCI outlet was replaced and our guests were able to enjoy the much needed fans for our event. In the future when we have any electrical needs, Mr. Electric of Charlotte will the company we call.
Brian was very professional and hard working. He was here on time and worked all day to get the job done so I could get my power back on. Also a shout out to the staff at Mr. Electric for following up with me to make sure my power was back on and working with me about payment.
