The experience is pain-free and relaxing, and they are thorough with all explanations, guiding you step by step. They give tips on other products and services and do an awesome job. Patients are comfortable and happy and highly recommend checking them out.

I’ve been treated with neurotoxin for the last 15 years, and have had eight different practitioners since moving to Charlotte. Janelle is an absolute pro! Her recommendation was spot on! I initially chose to go with fewer than the recommended number of units, and ultimately ended up returning for a top off. The results are flawless! I also really enjoyed the process as well. Janelle and staff are so welcoming, scheduling was easy, and communication was excellent. It’s difficult for me to step out during the day, and they really made it convenient. It was an all-around wonderful experience! I will absolutely be back, and highly recommend!

I had such an wonderful experience at Med Boutique! I came in for a consult and Janelle was so welcoming and explained everything thoroughly. I booked services for tox and filler and am so happy with the results! Maddie was amazing too and her and Janelle made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Janelle and Med Boutique!

They're absolutely amazing! 🤩 1st place I ever went for Botox and loved them then changed over the years somewhere closer to my house and I waited too long to go back to Med Boutique! They're so through and never disappoint ! Can't recommend them enough! And congrats on the new space 🎉
