Three, yes THREE visits by two different people to tell me that they are going to disconnect the gas line leading up to the house (after the removal of the meter just a sort while back, over 20 yrs after I had the gas cut off and told them to remove the meter.) I know that Duke has bought Piedmont and now, just like the power part of this utilities conglomerate, contractors are used for gas, so these (current) are different people. However, three visits of people wandering the property, taking pictures of the power meter(?) and whatever else is quite disturbing. After first visit, yellow paint & flags to mark gas line put in place. How many more visits just to wander...read full review

Accidents do happen but these guys were quick to correct the problem as soon as they were aware of it. They are a light in a somewhat dark world when it comes to customer service. Hat off to your team - keep up the good work; it's contagious.
