I had the best prenatal massage last night at Massage Envy! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. My therapist Jaqueline was so knowledgeable about prenatal care and really took the time to focus on my lower back and sciatic pain — I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free for the first time in weeks. The room was calming, clean, and perfectly set up for pregnancy comfort. Highly recommend to any expecting moms looking for real relief and a peaceful experience!
I’ve been seeing Kerri for years for chronic back pain at the University City area location and she is truly exceptional. She’s pleasant, easygoing, and her pressure is always spot on. It feels like she instinctively knows exactly where to go to release tension and get right to my pain points.

My massage was great. However the booking was not. I had to be rescheduled with a different person and I paid or asked to pay for 90 minutes only to find out that I was charged only for an hour and had to pay at the end. The young ladies that checked me out were good. I do believe that the people scheduling appointments need to listen more.
