Ashley is AMAZING! I’ve never had a facial anywhere before today, but I couldn’t possibly ask for a better first experience. I would recommend her to everyone. Also Josh’s kindness over the phone and while checking in was really refreshing. I’ll definitely be back!
Ashley was amazing for my 90 minute facial!! So relaxing, she is very skilled. I’ve been a member for over 10 years and gone to many locations, she’s excellent.
The 4 star is due to receptionist service. What a shame. Entitled, rude and unhelpful. When I walked out, relaxed and with my water cup, as I have dozens of times before, she had the tip
screen pulled up and just pointed to it- I had to say ‘is this for my service?’ Of course I tipped 25% but wanted to be sure it was for me and not someone else. She didn’t say a word. I had finished my water cup and left it on the counter. I was walking out and she says ‘ Ma’am- the trash is right over...read full review
