Great service, always, at this dry cleaner. I have to say that it is a pleasure to get our clothes dry cleaned at this business. Staff is wonderful and friendly, and the clothes come out perfect. Highly recommend

We have been customers for years and service has gone downhill after Covid. Missed pick up requests and special instructions repeatedly. This last time, I specifically chose our pick up and drop off dates because we were going to be out of town in between. The dry cleaning was returned on a date in between and left outside during inclement weather. This is not the first time they’ve ignored instructions left by phone or in their app and left our dry cleaning out in inclement weather.

I was in a crunch and went to several different Dry Cleaners from Waxhaw to Charlotte for my wedding dress that I needed. They got my mother’s 30 year old dress cleaned and stains out so that I could wear it for my wedding. They also give Atrium employees a discount and instead of the two weeks he thought he would be able to clean my dress. He had it done in six days. If I ever need any more dry cleaning, this is where I will be going.
