Our initial contact and follow-up customer service experience were excellent—very professional and courteous throughout the process. The final cost came in a bit higher than the original estimate, but the reasons were clearly outlined in the contract, and we understand the adjustment.

Nick and Paul made our long distance move absolutely seamless. They were punctual, efficient, and kind. They offered suggestions for packing boxes with fragile items like glass to make sure they made to our new home undamaged. While moving items they handled everything with care as if it were their own. They also stuck to the contract pricing which was great and allowed us to not be surprised by any random charges. Thank you for a successful move out. Looking forward to the same level of service for the drop off.
