A lightning strike a few months ago caused repeated calls for service on my gas pac. Each time I called, I received immediate service. The most recent time I called it was 18 degrees. An hour and a half later the furnace was fixed. Lindsay has been my go-to company for about 20 years and, if they are still in business, will be for the next 20 years. Todd is knowledgeable and, evens better, is polite and caring.

I have never had such professional representation from a HVAC company before in my lifetime. I called with a problem of no heat or air. I was told they could address the problem the following morning. Sure enough....I received a call at 7:53 am and was informed that a Lindsay representative would be out within the hour. A truck pulled in my driveway before the hour was up...the problem was addressed and fixed...and a thank you was extending for calling them...and closing remarks followed...if you need anymore help, let us know. Fast, dependable, knowledgeable, courteous, reliable and reassuring! No hem hauling around to run the bill up or wasting of time away because they had no answers of how to fix the problem.Thank you Janet, Chuck and Todd for taking care of me again! There is no other company that I want to service my HVAC needs again! You guys are amazing and tremendous...and set a standard of excellence that many companies cannot even touch!This is the second time in several years that I have used Lindsay HVAC....because there is none other that represents with efficiency, honesty and reliability! Trustworthy, reliable, reasonably priced, wonderful staff. We have trusted Lindsay Heating and Air for almost 20 years. They came highly recommended by a builder. They've replaced our upstairs unit and all the ductwork. The city inspector who came to verify the work done, said, "he was really impressed by the excellent job that had been done."Lindsay also maintains my downstairs unit that was installed by a previous company. They provide a fall and spring reasonable service check up that keeps my units running efficiently and smoothly.
