Highly recommend Lily Cleaner & Alterations! Everyone was super helpful and kind. They did the alterations for my wedding dress (which had a bit of an intricate design) and it turned out exactly as I had hoped! Anne paid great attention to detail and worked with me to make sure that I felt comfortable and ready for my wedding day!
I’ve used Lily’s for 4 bridesmaids dresses at this point and she nails it every time. Always very kind, honest and accommodating. There’s no other alterations shop I’d go to in Charlotte.
I cannot say enough about the incredible team here. On what was already their day off and in the middle of theit event, they went completely out of their way to personally deliver my daughter’s dress for our wedding. We had waited until the very last minute, and without a single complaint, they showed up for us anyway.
And on top of that, their alterations work is absolutely amazing. The dress looked perfect.
That kind of dedication goes so far beyond just doing a job. It speaks to who they are as people. They saved our wedding day, and we will never forget it. If you’re looking for a cleaner you can truly count on — with top-notch alterations too — look no further.… read full review
