First, let me say how distraught I was over what happened to my 3-month-old “new baby” (my BMW). I had a brand-new bottle of liquor in a bag on my back seat during one of those scorching hot days. After sitting in the heat all day, the pressure caused the cork to pop, and the liquor leaked all over my seat. Unfortunately, I also had important papers on the seat, so the alcohol soaked through everything and discolored my entire leather seat.

By the time I realized what had happened, it was the end of the day. Naturally, I rushed back to BMW, but replacing the seat would have cost thousands of dollars. That’s when I was referred to Lasting Impressions.

If I could give 100 stars I would. There are not enough words to express how wonderful Lasting Impressions is! I have had my vehicles taken care of many times and this time was no exception. Urriah and Agina go above and beyond to make it a VIP experience. I had a lot of issues with my insurance company and Agina handled it like a professional. She kept me informed and had the tough conversations on my behalf. Urriah and his team even kept my car clean while there was a delay on parts! They take care of your car like its their own! If you want it done right......The only choice is Lasting Impressions.

Lasting Impressions did an excellent job installing the full Track Pack PPF on my 2026 GR Corolla. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the film itself that required it to be replaced. Instead of giving me the runaround or making excuses, they immediately took responsibility, got me scheduled, and replaced the entire installation.

That’s a huge amount of work and expense on their end, but they did it without hesitation because they stand behind the quality of their work and care about their customers. If you’re looking for a shop that truly honors its workmanship and takes care of its clients, I highly recommend Lasting Impressions.
