James Landess conducted our annual termite inspection. James was courteous, punctual and demonstrated a high level of expertise in his job. We have used Killo for the 37 years we’ve been in the house with James setting the standard for great service.
I contacted this company for the first time while searching for a new pest extermination provider. The lady that answered was polite, courteous, and pleasant to speak to. She gave me the details regarding the services they offer. Mr. Samuel Omole cane to our home yesterday to do our first service. Samuel understood are issue and worked to accurately address it. He was very professional, efficient, and very engaging to talk with. My wife and I are excited that we found Killo and we look forward to a long relationship with them!
James was awesome! This local business does things the right way and service feels very friendly and personal. The account manager I set up my appointment with was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was done quickly and comprehensively. 5 stars!
