I stumbled upon this location by accident after exiting I-485 with a flat tire. The entire staff was super welcoming and polite which was a relief as I was a bit flustered given the circumstances. They got me in as soon as they could and were able to patch what ended up being a nail puncture. This occurred at the beginning of an 8-hour drive to Pennsylvania, so I was very appreciative for their quick and effective service.

Stopped by to have my spare tire put back underneath my car as a few other nearby shops said they were not able to do it and Antwuan and Hector assisted me with no questions ask. Very polite and got the job done within minutes!

Wow, I was pleasantly surprised by the fast and friendly service at this Jiffy Lube at Northlake - W. WT Harris Blvd. location by the QT gas station - I-485. Clint, Alfred and the manager were all so professional and worked as a team. The lobby and shop were clean. During this visit, I had an oil change and replaced both cabin and air filters. I will definitely return and will have all 4 of our vehicles serviced at this location. Keep up the great job!Don't forget to check online for coupons.
