Jen saw me yesterday for some knee pain. She was thorough, informative, answered all my questions, and best of all, she didn’t tell me I am too old to be playing basketball. Rather, she said play as much as you can, while you still can. She gave me some PT exercises to build knee strength and get back to it. Also, the entire staff at Ortho was kind and they get you in and out. 40 minutes total and I was on my way. Cannot recommend Jen and Orthocarolina southpark enough.
The people were very accommodating and answered questions regarding treatment in a competent manner. The wait time was longer than expected, although it was on Monday afternoon before Thanksgiving. Jennifer Suckow presented as being very knowledgeable regarding her field and was very personable.
