I can’t say enough about how helpful Ivy Integrative has been throughout my husband and I’s journey to becoming parents! I’ve been seeing Dr. Birch at Ivy since early this year. We reached out to Dr. Birch because we had some concerns about my cycle/hormone levels that we felt were not being taken seriously at my annual physical/OBGYN visit. Dr. Birch provided a holistic, natural treatment plan for me that included dietary/meal plan recommendations, cycle tracking, and Bowen therapy treatments that were specific to our concerns. Within 2 months of seeing Dr. Birch we had a positive pregnancy test (we’re expecting our baby girl in January 2025!) and have continued seeing her throughout our pregnancy for holistic lifestyle plans specific to each trimester/postpartum care. We look forward to reaping the benefits of some of her helpful recommendations we haven’t been able to try yet such as the contraction pain management tincture she personally curated for my delivery. Dr.Birch and the Ivy team truly take the time to listen to patients’ concerns and craft a personal treatment plan to address them in a natural way instead of jumping straight to medication or other interventions. I feel that Dr. Birch has given us wellness recommendations that we will use in our day to day for the rest of our lives! Dr. Kingsley has made it possible for me to walk, jog and wear heels again. I had foot drop and a history of many ankle sprains and fractures and for the first time in 5 years I have been back in heels. Dr. Leander has been so helpful in my perimenopausal journey.I am feeling more balanced, sleeping better, energetic, and exercising with NORMAL body temps( this is so helpful for ladies of a certain age ) . I recommend this clinic. If you have any doubts schedule a meet and greet and all doubts will disappear.
