I went the other day and I thought it would be a bad experience because of the bad ratings but on the contrary my process at least was fast and they treated me very well so don't be scared maybe everything is not as they paint it

So to be advised this one start rating is not for the facility It is for the entire organization that is the IRS why would you all purposefully I don't necessarily know if it's a racial thing or if it's due to the election or if it's some sort of underlining extortion that you're trying to do with people that are minority or of color but it's not okay for you all to prolong whatever it is that you may need from us such as paycheck stubs W2 copies etc why is it that you all get to wait months to inform us on anything that you all need but when it's time for us to file our taxes we're giving you all of our information and definitely risking scam risking potential theft...read full review

Came here spoke with Taylor provided me no information said still processing. It’s been over 5months I expected more information than that couldn’t tell me what was needed if anything was needed just “ you’ll get your refund or a letter” Do not recommend huge waste of time.
