I was recently diagnosed with RA & From the first time I called Dr. Withers office they made me feel comfortable, like I mattered. I remember searching for a rheumatologist and not knowing what to expect, and being very scared and nervous. But as soon as I walked in for my appointment and talked to RN "Amy" and Kenya the receptionist I knew I was in the right place. Not to mention that Mary who deals with insurance was exceptionally sweet by helping me take care of my insurance issues. And then I met with Dr withers, his nurse & Zena who works in the lab, were just amazing honestly. I was astounded at the level of care and compassion that I was given. When I went to check out I was talking to one of the nurses "Melissa" and I mentioned to her how amazing everybody was and how sweet and kind they were. And they said to me well we're all a big family here and when you become one of our patients you become part of that family. I have never felt so comfortable and happy to be in a doctor's office before. This is the level of care that everybody should be receiving when it comes to your health this is what matters this is what makes a difference. This is why I got everybody's name that I could that works there and if I left you out I am so sorry I promise to get your name and remember all of your names. Because all of you make a difference. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'm so happy that I found Integrative Rheumatology, I will be forever grateful.
