The Charlotte based Home Instead office really came through when we needed them. We gave little notice and they showed up. The caregivers are kind and personable. We especially loved Dianne. Andrea in the office and Barbara who does staffing were always there for me. Day or night someone answered. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Highly recommend!!! This company has helped my family out on several different occasions over the years (needing a sitter in the hospital, and at home for elderly relatives). They provide such peace of mind. We have had different caregivers over the years, and they have always been helpful and professional. The director of client care, Karen, has been a life saver, always making sure my family is well taken care of even on short notice. I would highly recommend their services!!!

In considering a review for the Home Instead staff, a simple and brief one would say the following: “We recently celebrated my mother’s 101st birthday and would not have been able to share in this joy without the loving care provided to her by Home Instead Staff over the last 6 1/2 years.”
But there’s so much more. Obviously, to reach an age of 101 years requires many things; strong genes, healthy eating and a regular fitness plan, regular check-ups with medical staff, and keeping the mind active and engaged every single day.
