“I am so very grateful for the friend that suggested this company. We have tried a few companies and people for extended time from a few visits to a year and just hadn't found the right fit until The Organic Maids.

I do make sure to communicate and set them up for success about items or communicate if I would like something done differently. This is done through Sandra and then communicated to the person helping. This really takes the awkwardness out of doing it. Things happen that is life but it is about how it is handled and Sandra and her team are like Olympians at that.

We started out with an every other week cleaning. Really liked them team and moved into a 3x a week customized housekeeping service. There is a service called a la maid which is wonderful if you need more than just a basic house cleaning but less than hiring someone full time (which then you have to deal with a lot more effort to find and handle domestic staffing salary etc.)

Having them come in half a day 3x a week is AMAZING! I have actual time to get done all of these projects that I have not been able to for years. Turns out I wasn't lazy or uncapable we just needed more help. With Adis and Alison helping, I can actually be properly rested, care for our family, tackle project and I have way more time too for my consulting business which is awesome.

What really sets this company apart from others we have tried is that the housekeepers really care about doing a thorough job. They also are all just incredibly lovely humans.

It can be weird to have someone in your house with their energy etc. but I genuinely have felt at ease with the 3 women who have helped us regularly.

For the a la maid service I have created a day, visit and random one off items I need help with and share with Sandra. It has been going really well. They have helped from organizing linens in our guest closet to doing a deep clean of just one room, loading and unloading dishwasher, open and breaking down boxes, folding clothing, helping with laundry, taking everything out of a closet and cleaning them placing back in. Removing items from kitchen drawers, vacuum and wipe down the drawers then reorganize. We have had items for donation drives etc. in the house and just ask them to clean around and they do which is lovely.

They just are so very sweet and kind hearted. They will roll up blankets, arrange toys and organize our dog's beds. When one of our pups had to be laid to rest recently they have been so kind and understanding about me wanting to leave her items in place.

I genuinely get excited to see how they will organize, fold or do. Throughout the week I discover new ways they folded the top tissue, organized blankets, arrangement of plushies and blankets on the pup's beds. It is such a delight and joy that is brought to my week! These little details is what sets them far above and apart in my opinion.

There is just a feeling and kind compassion that Sandra, Adis and Alison bring to their work and our home. I find it to sometimes be super awkward to have someone in our home and working around but that is not a feeling I have ever had with any of our regular cleaners or Sandra. Which to me says a lot about who they are and the team they have built.

There was one person who was just not a fit and I politely communicated that with Sandra. That can be so awkward to do but Sandra was great it was just a really chill process for something that is a bit awkward to say. A person who was helping us left too and Sandra totally hit the nail on the head with placing the 2 ladies who help us now 3 days a week.

I could not recommend them highly enough and would hire them in a heartbeat for any family that lived in the area. They bring compassion and kindness to their work.“

“This review is long overdue, but we had such a stellar experience with Maunica that I've kept her card as a reminder to leave a review. My best friend was preparing to leave for her daughter's wedding in Mexico. At the last minute, she realized her shoes, which matched her dress perfectly, were just a little too small. The closest place with the right shoes was a mall in Charlotte, and hour and a half away from us. After numerous calls to all kinds of people and places who could not/would not assist us, Maunica called me back and said she would be willing to pick up the shoes and meet my husband and me halfway so we could get the shoes back to the mother of the bride in time. She was a fantastic communicator, her pricing was more than reasonable, especially given the last-minute nature of my request, and she was so friendly and professional. I'd love to find someone just like her where I live; I can only imagine all the ways Maunica could make someone's life easier. She could free up hours each week for an executive, and I saw enough to be convinced she could handle a major project with ease. Excellent customer service is such a rarity, but Maunica could teach a master class on it. I rarely leave reviews, but this was such a stellar experience that I've kept Maunica's card for almost a year to remind me to leave a review. I'm also keeping Maunica's information just in case I ever need anything in Charlotte again.“

“So last Sunday he had truck problems. I said no problems. We can reschedule.
After we rescheduled for today. He texts and I respond within 20 minutes. He no shows. No call. No texts. I guess he thought it wasn’t in his best interest to come but no call or text. Blew my Friday after committing to a 2:30 appointment. .
Anyway. This is straight bullshit. I am beyond the level of bullshit and I had my girl call on another number and he right away responded to her and quoted her $170 right away. While his service is a little over 100 on his advertising.
What you do with his company is your business but shady business practices will be shady business experiences.
