This salon stays busy, especially in the evenings, so waiting time can be longer than expected. I sat around for almost half an hour before my turn, but the receptionist kept updating me instead of ignoring people. The keratin treatment itself turned out really smooth and my hair feels much easier to manage now, even in humid weather.

Marvelous, Impeccable Service from reception through my entire visit. Everyone from The Owner Mr. Crawford, every stylist, operator, technician,staff member is Cordial,Kind, Polite, Friendly Professional, Knowledgeable,Highly Skilled. Talented,gifted creative people are there in abundance ,working together under the guidance of Mr. Crawford.I felt so comfortable,cared about ,welcomed, accommodated ,and appreciated from start to finish!!!! Visited this salon today for the first time and my experience was nothing short of amazing. From the greeting when I walked in, the Assistant Ms. Sonya welcoming me and getting me settled to the incredible cut & styling by Derickus, this was EVERYTHING! The vibe and energy is exactly what you would hope for in a salon experience! Would give 10 stars if I could.
