Absolutely wonderful! My best friend booked us for my birthday and Karen made it so memorable!! The service itself was amazing. Her and her mother are great at what they do. We had initially booked at a more “popular” location weeks ahead of time and they cancelled on us last minute with no apology. When we called Karen last minute she was so kind to not only accommodate but make the day so special. Thank you!
For my daughter’s 18th birthday, I decided to make a headspa appointment for her and her friend and they absolutely loved it!! The spa even decorated the room with balloons for her which made the experience even more memorable for her! So happy I made the appointment and I intend on booking a service for myself soon.
