Initially contacted Hartsell tree service for an estimate and Tom Hartsell came out to do the estimate. We set an appointment 4 days from my initial call and Tom showed up exactly on time which I was very impressed with. He gave me an estimate to trim four trees and remove two trees in my backyard. I have a lot of expensive shrubs and plantings that he needed to work around. When the crew showed up to do the work everything was done meticulously with no damage to my plantings or yard. This was so impressive. His price was fair and reasonable and I would highly recommend him !! Also his crew members were the friendliest bunch of hard working guys! We had part of a very large Bradford pear tree fall on our roof on Saturday morning and Tom had everything off the roof and the rest of the tree down within hours of calling.Service: Tree removal
Tom Hartsell did a consult for several trees in my yard. He's been in the business long enough that he was familiar with my neighborhood and the trees around here. I was very concerned about a tree that he was able to clarify is still healthy and not a danger. He gave me some advice about caring for an old but healthy ash tree. He concluded that I don't need to remove any trees, but gave me quotes anyway for some pines that may need cutting in several years. When the life cycle of any of these trees come to an end, Hartsell Tree Service is the company I'm calling. Tom was very professional, prompt, and helpful - I was really blown away.
