I came to Hand and Stone in Ballantyne due to intense lower back pain. Nautica (apologies if I misspelled that) was amazing. She listened carefully to my description of the problem, asked insightful questions, and performed a deep tissue massage that left me feeling dramatically better. The fact that I’m rushing to leave a review the same evening speaks to the quality of her care and how much better I feel!

Hi there. I came in the other day for a massage. It was good I appreciated they do the front legs but I felt like I told my massage therapist that I wanted a lot of pressure on my upper back/neck and she didn’t really spend extra time on it. Then, she said she was done and when she left I looked at the clock (she started mind you 2 minutes after my 5pm appointment) and finished me up 10 minutes early. I’ve been a client at this location since moving to Charlotte in 2020, I’ve experienced many esthetician’s at this location that come & go unfortunately. Tonight’s facial was with Joanna, this is the first time I’ve been serviced by Joanna and I must say Joanna is the absolute BEST. She is patient, friendly , kind , passionate about skin care and provided me with the utmost level of thorough & personalized solution focused skincare. The previous estheticians were good but I felt with the previous estheticians, I was just a number.
