With a focus on customer service, they work efficiently to complete projects, taking breaks only briefly and leaving worksites clean and tidy. The crew is polite, efficient, and knowledgeable, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process.
From start to finish they were very informative. They gave options and didn’t just give us the highest price. This is probably the best company I have ever worked with. They even cleaned up our porch from where we took a piece of our porch down so they could get to everything a mess they didn’t even make. It all was an amazing experience.
I would definitely recommend using Guys Roofing. One thing for me is people never show up or communicate when they tell you they will but Guys Roofing did everything when they told us they would. I could never say enough about the team that put our roof on it was amazing to watch. Everyone that we dealt with from start to finish was very professional and knowledgeable. They are GREAT at what they do!!!
We are very pleased with the service we received from everyone at Guy Roofing. This is not the first time we have used them and it probably won't be the last. Everyone associated with them has been very helpful and knowledgeable. Any time we needed a question answered they were only a phone call away. Most of the time they gave us courtesy calls with updates about the process along the way which kept the phone calls at a minimum. When the Roofing was finished everything was cleaned up and hauled away completely. We are very happy with the results!
