Atlast I got a perfect hair cut, all thanks to Manuella, she had the patience to listen and do the hair cut exactly the way I wanted.I highly recommend this place. Book your place online so that you don't have to wait for a long time in the line. I will definitely visit this place again.

I've been going to Great Clips Old Towne Village for years and Manuela cuts my hair absolutely perfectly every time. Manuela is a pro, highly skilled, and a pleasure to talk to. But everyone there is friendly, efficient, and really cares about their customers.I suggest using the App to check in ahead of time - it's great and a pure genius idea!Service: Haircut

This is the worst haircut I've ever received. I feel like my kids could have done a better job. When I tried to voice my concerns it's like she copped an attitude and then made the situation even worse. I was there for almost 40 minutes. I should have known better when she drenched my hair with water in order to attempt to cut it.
