I did use the check in before I left the house but I had to make a stop before so my check in was deleted. I did not realize that it had a time limit. Next time, I just will not use it. I will just have to wait in line. It was a total disappointment.
I went in and had the manager Melissa cut my hair she was patient and listened to what I wanted done I was very pleased with my cut . The salon was clean and the staff was professional I will be returning and recommend this location .
