Usually good service here. But the last 2 times the estimated wait time has been waaaaaay off. I get it that it is an estimate. But the last times I have been arriving 15-20 mins after the app said. I still had to wait 20 more mins. Hard to understand how it can give a 13 minute estimate at check in and it take 45+. Their stylists are friendly and give pretty good cuts

Stopped in for first time 4/18/23 after checking website for wait time which is extremely convenient. Had a great experience and wife approved of cut by Jim Beam so my daughter who is not a barber can stop being the barber. I will be going back to Jim.

Miss Nina cut my hair and I couldn't recommend her more! She was very informative and sweet with me when I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. She taught me a few things I didn't know about my hair type and just had great conversation with me. Made me feel like I was right at home and in good hands. I will definitely be going back to see her soon!
