My rescue pitty, Bethany just loves it here. Both of her groomers have been awesome with attention to details given, not just filing her nails but smoothing them down and she always smells so good for days after her bathing.
Keke was an absolute dream to work with. She took into account my preferences for my darling Pomeranian. Lacie came out looking fresh and beautiful in her cute bow, scarf and new haircut! The entire staff greeted us upon arriving, took special care when checking us in and made sure Lacie was comfortable and secure when dropping off. I was notified when Lacie would be ready 30 minutes before so I was able to plan pickup accordingly. I would highly suggest setting up an appointment with Grateful Pets! We will definitely be back! :)
